With SCOTUS slapping down some charges underlying the DOJ’s aggressive prosecution of many J6 defendants, you might expect the government would be on its best behavior.
It’s not. How are they are treating Biden/Harris’s political enemies who have been languishing in jail for longer than many violent felons in Dem strongholds like New York or San Francisco?
Not well at all.
I just tried to visit the D.C. jail to see the conditions J6 political prisoners are being held under, but was turned away.
As a member of Congress, I have a duty to conduct oversight. This is unacceptable and I won’t stop here. pic.twitter.com/kUGqwPJlEg

Rep Eric Burlison (R-MO) tried to pay those being held by Biden/Harris DOJ a visit to check on how they are being treated, among other things.
He — a member of Congress with legitimate Oversight responsibilities — was denied access to visit them.
Think about how outraged we get when some failed state refuses to let Red Cross or Amnesty International (etc) check on how political prisoners are doing?
Now consider that we’re not talking about some far-off wasteland with no regard for rights of a citizen… we’re talking about American Citizens.
Blue-state felons who have firebombed courthouses and police stations get more rights than these folks who have had their lives thrown upside-down for almost 4 years now.
Meanwhile, in New York, you can rob a bank after breakfast and be back out again to rob another one by lunch.
We should know… we’ve reported on it.
